As the Founder and Chairman of AdGlobal360, he has led the company to become the largest channel partner of Google in India. Mandeep's expertise spans Internet marketing, business planning, and development, with a proven track record of growing three businesses from startup to a combined annual sales exceeding USD 250 million. His leadership is characterized by innovative marketing strategies, creative sales techniques, and a talent for motivating teams to achieve excellence. In  real estate, he has managed a portfolio of student rental properties in Bloomsburg, PA and Valdosta, GA.

Devang Shah is a seasoned executive with expertise spanning technology, private capital, real estate management, underwriting, and risk analytics. He holds both an undergraduate degree and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business, providing him with a strong foundation in finance, business strategy, and technology.
As Senior Vice President, Head of Credit Technology at a leading Private Capital Asset Manager, Devang leads credit technology initiatives, focusing on optimizing operations, enhancing risk management, and driving technological innovation. His deep knowledge of underwriting and risk analytics ensures strategic, data-driven decision-making in both credit operations and real estate management.
In his previous role as Senior Director of Technology at Alvarez & Marshal, Devang collaborated closely with C-suite executives on business transformation and growth enablement initiatives. These initiatives focused on cost take-out strategies, technology transformation, and supporting acquisitions to streamline operations and drive growth. His ability to align technology with corporate strategy has been key to driving success across various organizations.
As Co-Founder and COO of Sproutlogix Solutions, an AI-driven firm, Devang led efforts to enhance employee productivity through soft skills development. He also successfully expanded the business through strategic partnerships and securing investment rounds.
